Isn’t it strange how we spend so much time fitting lenses only to have patients show up with the wrong prescription? I once had someone come in wearing contacts meant for a completely different prescription — turned out she didn’t realize her husband had borrowed them! It definitely made for a good laugh, but also a valuable reminder about keeping our lenses organized.
