Improving Lab Efficiency with New Training Methods

We’ve recently implemented a new hands-on training program for our staff that’s really streamlining our production process. By focusing on real-time problem-solving during our training sessions, we’ve seen a noticeable increase in output and a reduction in error rates. Has anyone else made changes to their training approach that led to similar improvements?

, it drives me nuts when training doesn’t adapt to real-time challenges. We’ve switched to using simulation tools that mimic production scenarios, and it’s helped a ton! Have you thought about incorporating any tech to enhance those hands-on sessions? It makes a difference.
