How do you stay up-to-date with new products and techniques?
I got the most mileage from Coursera’s Instructional Design Foundations and Applications (https://www.coursera.org/learn/instructional-design-foundations-and-applications); I used its backward-design template to rebuild an optics lab by writing the check-off rubric first and trimming slides to three “must‑knows” and one demo. The videos alone didn’t help until I recorded a 5‑minute micro‑lesson and reviewed it with a colleague for one fix to try next class. If you share your subject, I can point you to a module that fits.
