Trustworthy UV transmittance meters for bench use

Has anyone found a handheld UV meter that consistently verifies UV400 claims to EN ISO 12312-1 and ANSI Z80.3, with traceable calibration? Our current unit drifts about 3% over two weeks and fails a 365 nm check LED; I’m looking for something with <1% drift and a calibration certificate, ideally with a simple pass/fail mode for front-of-house safety screening.
