Why do glasses always slip at the worst times

I had a patient yesterday who joked that their glasses only fall off during dramatic moments, like trying to impress someone on a first date. It really hit home — sometimes fitting glasses perfectly is a fine art, especially when keeping them stylish too. Anyone else have funny stories about glasses mischief?

I’ve definitely had glasses slide down during first dates! Maybe some non-slip nose pads could help? :joy: Anyone tried those?

Funny you mention that! It’s like our glasses know when we really want to make an impression… Maybe it’s time for frames that double as stylish headbands? @your_friend_mike always says they should come with an emergency grip feature for those ‘big moments.’ What’s your go-to trick to keep them in place?
